onlinecampingsupplies.com hereinafter is refered to as MLZ Marketing. 

Section 1: TERMS OF SALE

Purchases through MLZ Marketing must be paid for at time of purchase. Payment may be made by VISA, or MASTERCARD.  MLZ Marketing will not ship C.O.D.  All shipping costs will be included in the billing invoice.  Shipments are available to U.S. customers only.   MLZ Marketing reserves the right to IMMEDIATELY withhold shipments in the event that online Customer fails to comply with agreed-upon terms of sale.

Section 2: PRICING

All pricing is subject to change without notice.  All sales are final except as outlined in section 3.

Section 3: RETURN POLICY

Customers wishing to return merchandise to MLZ Marketing must first call our office and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. RA numbers are valid for 20 days from the date of issuance, and must be obtained within 20 days of ship date. Returns will be handled according to the following schedule:

** MLZ Marketing reserves the right to evaluate product return conditions and assess restocking fees at its own discretion.  Customer is responsible for any return freight costs. **

Defective products are eligible for credit or replacement within 20 days of MLZ Marketing invoice date. Replacements will be shipped upon receipt of defective merchandise via ground shipment at MLZ Marketings expense, unless Customer requests an upgrade at their expense in writing. Advance replacements are available, but must be paid for at the time replacement ships. All returns should be sent prepaid shipping to 2490 South 1350 West Nibley, UT 84321. Return shipping on defective merchandise may be reimbursed up to the original shipping cost of the item (excluding the handling fee). Packages must have RA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging.  MLZ Marketing is not responsible for any item not received at the warehouse.  Allow 10-14 business days for processing returns. MLZ MARKETING DOES NOT HANDLE REPAIRS.

Section 4: BACKORDERS

All in-stock items are shipped at time of order; out-of-stock items will be placed on backorder and Customer will be notified. All backorder items will be shipped at the time the product becomes available. If backorder period exceeds 30 days, MLZ Marketing will notify Customer prior to shipment release. In the event of partial shipment, each shipment will be billed separately. Backorders are shipped at prices in effect when the item was ordered.  Customer is responsible for payment of freight costs on all backorders.

Section 5: CANCELLATIONS

All orders (including backorders) may be cancelled with no additional fee prior to shipping. (Orders are shipped when shipping labels and tracking numbers have been generated). Cancellations must be made by email (customerservice@onlinecampingsupplies.com) or fax 604-853-4825 and shipment cancellation must be confirmed by MLZ Marketing;  MLZ MARKETING  WILL NOT CANCEL AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE. If order has been shipped it may be returned following the RA guidelines listed above.  Customer is responsible for payment of freight costs on return.

Section 6: SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES

Customer may specify the shipment service (i.e. ground, 2-day, 3-day), but MLZ Marketing will select the carrier. A nominal handling fee of $4.00 will be applied to each order in addition to normal shipping fees charged by the applicable carrier. This fee is applied on a per order (not per box) basis. Customer pays for all shipping and handline fees at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of Customer to notify MLZ Marketing of any lost or damaged shipments. Customer will be responsible for processing the return and claim for any damaged item. MLZ Marketing will process all traces and claims on lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges for unaccepted or refused delivery of shipments.  Daily cutoff time for all shipments is 12:00 p.m., Mountain Standard Time.  MLZ Marketing does not ship internationally. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

** Any address corrections made in transit or after shipment has occured will be invoiced a $20.00 fee. **

Section 7: WARRANTY

All warranties for products purchased through MLZ Marketing are the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. All issues, claims and questions concerning product warranties should be submitted directly to the manufacturers.  

Section 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall MLZ Marketing or any other party involved in creating, distributing, or supplying products for MLZ Marketing be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from products purchased from MLZ Marketing, the use or inability to use the site, the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, statements or conduct of any third party on the site. You hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Web site. In the event that your state does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Section 9: INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold MLZ Marketing, and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content that is taken from and or utilized from the MLZ Marketing Web site.
